Yes. The Free plan includes monthly credits, the full design editor, free templates and access to supported AI tools using credits. No paid subscription is required to get started.
Can I purchase credits without subscribing to PRO?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time top-ups and work with both Free and PRO accounts. PRO members receive the displayed 30% top-up discount.
What does PRO unlock?
PRO includes more monthly credits, PRO templates, transparent PNG, PDF and WebP exports, HD background removal, eligible PRO tool pricing and discounted credit top-ups.
What are credits used for?
Credits are used by supported AI generation, editing, background removal, video, audio and export operations. The required amount can vary by tool, model, quality, duration or resolution.
What happens if a credit-based tool fails?
When a Canvix-side or upstream technical failure produces no usable result, credits should not be spent or should be restored where the system detects the failure. Contact support if you believe credits were deducted incorrectly.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits may reset at the end of each billing period and generally do not roll over unless your account billing area says otherwise. Purchased credit packs are tracked separately.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account. Eligible purchases have a 30-day refund window. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service for the full conditions.
